I do believe this is helping with my gum inflammation. I think it starts off helping a lot quickly, then it drops off a little, but after longer, stable use, it keeps things from flaring up. They have great customer service. If you need something, they have quick communication and make it right.
I had a minor problem with mine that was over a year old. I contacted customer service by email on a Saturday. By Sunday I had already received a response. By Monday they were shipping me a new unit. I had it by Friday. By the way, I love mine.
I like the larger mouthpiece than your competitor has. The display needs to be brighter as it's very difficult read in normal lighting.
