Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item (based on the tracking information from the shipping carrier) to return your product for a refund. The purchase of the following products are considered final and excluded from our return policy: Shipping Protection, 2-Year Product Warranty Cura LaserFlex Ultra, 2-Year Warranty Extension Neuropathy Light Therapy System, 2-Year Warranty Extension ProWave Deep Healing Pad, 2-Year Warranty Extension OralRevive Elite, Cold Light Mouthpiece - Cura OralRevive Elite

To be eligible for a return, your device must be undamaged and contain all original parts as well as the original product box. 

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@curayou.com within the 60-day return window and submit photos showing the current condition of the product and its packaging as well as the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.  All returns must be reviewed and approved before a return shipping label is issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions are valid for 2 weeks from the date they are issued. If the return is not shipped within this period, the request will be cancelled.

Products that are returned after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be declined if the item is received damaged, shows signs of misuse, or is in a condition inconsistent with the submitted photos.

In case of defect, all return costs will be covered by us.

In all other cases, the return cost is at the cost of the customer.

Costs for shipping, shipping protection & warranty extension are non-refundable.

We can only create 1 return shipping label for you. You can not request a 2nd return for the same order at a later point, even if you are still within the 60 day return window.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Warranty

All our products purchased on or after February 1st 2025 come with a one-year product warranty covering failures due to normal use with original parts, as outlined in the user manual. To process a warranty claim, we require a video as proof of the issue. If we determine that the damage resulted from improper use, product modification, or any customer actions—whether intentional or unintentional—the warranty will not apply. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@curayou.com with your order number.

Additional warranty extension by 2 years can be purchased separately.

Orders placed before February 1st 2025 are covered by our premium 2-year gold warranty.

Extra mouthpieces for the Cura OralRevive Elite are covered by our standard 1-year product warranty against manufacturing defects. However, as these are offered as add-on accessories and not standalone products, all replacement mouthpiece purchases are final and are not eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee.
