This mouthpiece is compatible with Cura OralRevive Elite™ devices purchased from November 2025 onward. It is not compatible with earlier versions of the Cura OralRevive Elite™, other brands' devices, or as a standalone unit. You need the controller from your main device.

Is this HSA / FSA eligible? ▼

No. The full Cura OralRevive Elite™ unit is HSA / FSA eligible, but the replacement mouthpiece accessory is not.

Can I return this if I change my mind? ▼
