The Curayou deep healing pad for my knee has enabled me to keep walking, hiking, snowshoeing & light cross country skiing this past year. I started using the red light therapy November 2024 on my knee & within a month noticed I wasn’t needing to take Ibuprofen several times a day for pain relief. I have a TKA (2019) that wasn’t as successful as I had hoped & have daily discomfort & range of motion issues. I use the therapy wrap A.M. & P.M.. & rarely feel the need for Ibuprofen. Hi, I wasn’t sure about this red light therapy actually working until I tried it; completely surprised. I can really tell the difference after using it. I use it on my knee and on my hip for 10 minutes twice a day and it does make a difference. Whether or not it’s actually healing those areas from the inside out remains to be seen; but I’m going to stick with it and see. But for now I’m satisfied.
